Every reservation is thoughtfully designed around you and your crown. Through continued education, attention to detail, and customized care, our goal is simple: healthy locs, a refreshed scalp, and a polished finish that leaves you feeling confident. Elevated Retwist. Studio Hours Standard Studio Hours Monday–Friday | 9 AM–4 PM Appointments before 9 AM, after 4 PM, and on Saturdays are considered Premier Reservations and are available by request at Premier pricing. Booking All reservations are reserved digitally through the Locs of Love booking site.Guests who would like personal assistance selecting or securing an appointment may request Concierge Booking for $15. Our booking calendar opens 6 weeks in advance. Selecting Your Service Please select your service according to your current loc count and maintenance needs.Services are confirmed based on loc count, maintenance needs, new growth, condition of the locs, and time required. Incorrectly booked services may be adjusted, upgraded, or rescheduled to ensure the appropriate amount of time and care are reserved for your crown. Additional maintenance needs including excessive new growth, buildup, matting, slippage, repairs, or other corrective work may require additional time and fees. What’s Included Loc maintenance services include our cleansing and Crown Prep experience unless otherwise stated in the individual service description. Styling and additional treatments are not included unless specifically listed and may be reserved as enhancements. New Guests New guests requiring loc installation or chemical services must complete a consultation before scheduling the service. Consultations and professional service recommendations are not provided through social media DMs. Appointment Reminders A courtesy appointment reminder will be sent before your scheduled visit. Reminders are provided as a convenience; guests remain responsible for managing and remembering their reserved appointments. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Reservations canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Sameday cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the scheduled service total. Future reservations may require outstanding balances or applicable fees to be resolved before another appointment can be secured. Guests & Children To maintain the calm, intimate environment of the studio only guests receiving a scheduled service may accompany you during your appointment. Children are welcome when they are the scheduled guest receiving a service. If you arrive with additional guests or children who are not receiving services, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and applicable cancellation/rescheduling fees will apply. Thank you for helping us protect the experience and comfort of every guest. Pricing & Payment Service pricing is based on the service reserved and the care required at the time of your appointment. Your final service and pricing may be adjusted when loc count, maintenance needs, hair condition, or additional time differs from the service originally reserved. Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. Accepted payment methods are displayed during booking and checkout. All service sales are final. If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact Locs of Love Haircare promptly so we can review the concern and determine the appropriate next step. Communication Messages received outside of business hours will be addressed during the next available business period. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
